A user is any office user who can access Call of Service using own email and password. Also field workers with their email set can access the system, use phone app or use calendar feed to integrate their calendar. Each plan supports up to certain number of users without incurring any additional fee, after that each additional user will cost $7 per month.

Note that you can register field workers with no email set and still assign them jobs. They will not be able to log-in or sync their devices though. In that case they will not be counted as users

No problem at all, for monthly plans cancel anytime no questions asked. We will also export your data if you need so you get all customers information tracked by the system.

Not at all for monthly plans, just pay as you go monthly, no penalties or obligations. For annual plans you will be locked in for one year.

When registered in the system, field workers will receive an email with links to download phone apps for both Android and iPhone. Also they will get calendar feed url that they can use to integrate their phone's native calendar so they get notifications with appointments assigned. Beside that they will receive daily summary email and you can SMS or Email them through the system anytime.

Easy, just upgrade (or downgrade) from your account details page and the new rate will start charging for the next billing cycle.
